Sweet Potato Crisps


A great, healthier alternative to potato chips or crisps!

Ingredients 

350g of sweet potato
1 tbsp of olive oil
1/2 tsp of crushed chilli flakes
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1/2 tsp of cumin

Preparation 

  1. Preheat the oven to 220C. 
  2. In a bowl combine the olive oil, chilli flakes, salt and cumin. 
  3. Cut the potato in 1/2 cm slices. 
  4. Place on a lined baking tray. 
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flip half way through cooking time. 
  6. Serve with some yummy dip like guacamole or with this fish dish
